Are donations tax deductible?
National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) is a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 35-2420942), and all donations are tax deductible. For online gifts, you will receive an email receipt that serves as acknowledgement of your tax deductible gift. For check, ACH/Wire, or stock donations above $250, you will receive an acknowledgement letter in the mail.
Need a copy of your contribution receipt? You can see your NDWA online contributions in our Self-Service Portal — request a link. You can then choose to email a copy of the receipt to yourself. If you have any questions or need a copy of the acknowledgement letter, contact [email protected].
How can I direct my gift to a specific program or location?
If you’re interested in supporting a specific NDWA program or chapter, please indicate where you’d like the gift to go in the memo section via ACH/wire. If giving by check, you can also use the memo line. Please make all checks payable to National Domestic Workers Alliance.
For additional inquiries regarding your gift or if you’d like to explore other gift options not listed, contact [email protected].
